Fund Investment Principles

The fund objective is to preserve the invested capital and to provide stable rate of return, which exceeds the average interest rate in Denmark. According to the strategy most of the fund assets are invested in mortgage bonds issued in Denmark with repayment term up to 30 years, the yield of which usually is 0.85%-2% above the coupon rate of government bonds. Danish mortgage bonds, which are fully secured with mortgaged real estate, are quoted at Copenhagen Stock Exchange and are issued by credit institutions with safe ability to repay borrowed funds, which has been assessed as the IG investment grade. This fund is suitable for experienced investors, for whom it is important to divide resources among investment funds of different risks and who are prepared to accept medium short-term fluctuations in currency. The recommended minimum investment term is 2 years. The fund manager may use the benchmark index for the purpose of evaluating the results and restricting the investment structure.
