Fund Investment Principles

The fund objective is to preserve the invested capital and to ensure high rate of return, which exceeds the average yield from US high yield bonds. According to the strategy most of the fund assets are invested in bonds and other debt securities, issued by US companies with monitored ability to repay borrowed funds, which has been assessed as SG speculative grade. This fund is suitable for experienced and demanding investors, who want to make long-term investments and are prepared to accept considerable short-term fluctuations in value. The recommended minimum investment period is 5 years. The fund manager may use the reference index (benchmark) for the purpose of evaluating the results and restricting the investment structure.
