Necessary Documents

Documents to be presented with the card application:

For Maestro cards:

• For Lithuanian citizens: passport or identification card or new type driver’s license with signature;
• For EU citizens: valid identification document;
• For other countries citizens: valid identification document and permission (permanent) to live in Lithuania.

For MasterCard cards:

1. Documents required for customer identification:
   • For Lithuanian citizens: passport or identification card or new type driver’s license with signature;
   • For EU citizens: valid identification document;
   • For other countries citizens credit cards are not issued
2. Documents about customer income*:
   • Permission to live permanently in Lithuania (EU citizens).
   • Social insurance certificate and certificate of applicant’s salary of last 6 months issued by the employer. (The employer and chief accountant must present Certificate of income on the Company’s letterhead signed/stamped);
     Or
   • Customer should underwrite that he lets to check his incomes in SODRA information base (Application for card issuance).

* MasterCard card can be issued to a person that is permanently employed at the same company for at least 1 year.

Bank is entitled to request additional documents if it is needed.
