The Main steps of heavy vehicle leasing?
- You choose a property (assets) offered for sale in Lithuania and agree on all the conditions of sale with the seller.
- You fill in the leasing application form:
Business clients - You have to submit the completed application form together with other necessary documents and send all the necessary documents by fax (8 ~ 5) 236 13 81, e-mail info@nordea.lt or simply submit it to the nearest Nordea Bank Finland Plc Lithuanian branch.
- Then your project and financial status is analysed, our manager will present finance offer and after agreement on conditions is reached, lease agreement will be prepared.
- After signing lease agreement you will pay a flat fee and down payment.
- NFL prepares purchase agreement with the seller.
- In accordance with your agreement with the seller, the asset purchased is registered with the public enterprise "Regitra".
- you have to insure the asset with full Kasko insurance. Our insurance partner is UADBB „IIZI“.
- During the leasing period you will pay monthly payments to Nordea Finance Lithuania. If you sign a direct debit contract with us your monthly payments will be automatically transferred from your bank account.
- After lease period comes to the end and all payments are paid the asset comes into your possession. Nordea Finance Lithuania prepares an asset transfer - receipt deed and issues a permit to register the vechicle as your property.
