Lease vs. Operating lease

Nordea Finance Lithuania provides asset based financing services by offering two kinds of transaction: financial lease and operating lease.

Financial lease transaction

In this kind of transaction Nordea Finance Lithuania allows the client to use the asset chosen for a given period for a certain price (as a monthly payment).

When the client fulfils all the leasing agreement provisions, the asset comes into his/her possession. During the leasing period the client pays all the asset price and interest.

Operating lease transaction

In this kind of transaction the client makes leasing payments to Nordea Finance Lithuania for using the asset chosen and asset maintenance services throughout the whole contract period.

On the expiration of the contract the asset comes back into the possession of Nordea Finance Lithuania.
