The group network includes about 1,400 branches with around 34,000 employees.

In 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, the influential financial publication Euromoney acknowledged the financial "Nordea" services group to be the best bank in Nordic and Baltic countries.

"Nordea" group entered Lithuanian market in 2000. Currently, "Nordea Bank Lithuania" is a fastest growing bank that provides all main banking services to private and corporate customers. Private clients can take part in the loyalty program that delivers additional benefits and discounts. Within the segment of corporate clients, Nordea Bank Lietuva has long become known as a financier of large-scale projects offering a wide range of services that are necessary and tailored for corporate clients.

The service network of "Nordea" Bank Lietuva includes 16 branches in five largest Lithuanian cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys. The bank has a staff of 350 people.
