Nordea Bank offers a long-term credit for investment projects to develope your farm and to upgrade the agricultural machinery or equipment, as well as for the acquire a warehouse, a farm or other property.

We can also arrange you a shorter-term loan depending on cyclical nature of your farm business, when it comes to financing needs, fertilizers, pesticides, seeding and other expenses.

Credit securities:

• Pledging the funded object or other capital assets, the guarantee of UAB Žemės Ūkio Paskolų Garantijų Fondas and cash deposit in your bank accounts.

Special terms for you:

• We will grant a credit for up to 90 percent of the invested project amount;
• At your request, we will issue the credit with the maturity  up to 5 years;
• We will schedule the repayment according to your needs and the cyclical nature of farming;
• You will have possibility directly obtain a EU grant (NMA support), associated with the acquisition of fixed assets, for further development of your farm or for financing the farm’s working capital.
