Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd “Lithuanian branch” offers its clients 11 investment funds to cover varying risks: They are listed as follows:

• Nordic Equity Fund, Nordic Equity Small Cap Fund
• Equity funds of different regions (Central & Eastern European Equity Fund, European Equity Fund, Latin American Equity Fund, North American Growth Fund, Far Eastern Equity Fund)
• Global Theme Select Fund
• Global Bond Fund
• European Covered Bond Fund
• EURO Reserve

When signing a Nordea unit-linked life insurance policy, you will be able to select one or several investment funds and specify the percentage to be invested in each fund. Upon maturity of the insurance policy, insurance benefit will be paid out as well as a return or loss on investment for every fund. The rate of return on investment depends on the risk level of the investment fund: the greater the investment risk, the higher the expected return.

Every investment fund has an investment strategy specifically designed to invest funds in different regions and economic sectors, and different types of securities.   Therefore, when choosing investment funds, it is important to ensure that they correspond to your goals and risk level.
