• Currency – LTL, EUR, USD or other reliable European currency.
• Interest rate – is defined according to VILIBOR, EURIBOR, LIBOR and "Nordea Bank Lithuania" reference rates.
• Credit repayment: credit is repayed according to the schedulle.
• Collateral – mortgage, pledge of the real estate (buildings, commercial premises, etc.) or tangible assets (inventory, equipment, etc.) and/or providing other securities in favor of the bank.
