A “Home Flex” loan is a family consumer loan with collateral.
Loan amount
- Free choice of the amount of the loan depending on your income and the value of the collateral.
- The loan amount may be sufficient for a large investment (unlike the case of consumer loans).
- You can borrow up to 60% of the value of the collateral if the property is of residential use and not older than 10 years or if the property is in the city centre and is renovated.
Loan repayment
- Loan repayment starts after 10 years. During this period, only interest is paid for the outstanding amount of the loan;
- No additional charge for early repayment of the loan;
- After ten years, the entire loan must be repaid. If the customer and the bank conclude a separate agreement, loan repayment may be postponed for another 10 years or the loan may be changed to a 20 year annuity or linear type of loan.

Loan currency
The loan can be granted in litas and euro.
Low interest
- EURIBOR and VILIBOR reference is used for calculating the interest of the loan.
- The interest rate is low. It is much lower than that for a consumer loan or leasing.
- It isn’t necessity to pay interest on the total amount of the loan, only the amount spent. If you do not use the loan, you will not have to pay any amount!
- You can pay off all other loans taken out earlier with a single loan!
