Utility payments in Nordea Internet Banking system

Utility payment – is a payment dedicated for paying all your bills for your living place. By making one utility payment you can pay several bills in one time.

Please be informed that utility payments can be done only via Internet Banking system (Netbank). You are not allowed to make this operation in the branch.

How do I pay?

• Login to Nordea Internet banking system.
• Firstly select "Payments" from main menu then select "Utility payment" from the left menu.
• After getting known with provided information, click on the link "ELAS - Electronic Payment System". A new browser window will open.
• When logging in for the first time system will ask you to register. "Pay-book" numbers that you enter during registration (and later) will be saved and you will not need to re-enter them later. Within 24 hours you will receive letter to your indicated e-mail address about successful registration. You will be able to use the system only after receiving this e-mail.
• Select the service for which you want to pay. If you entered number (or several numbers) of your "pay-book" during the registration, you will find them in the drop-down menu.
• If you want to fill in another payment document after filling one, click button "Parengti dar" and in such way fill in all payment documents you need.
• By clicking "Mokėti" you will make one payment for all the filled in documents at once.

For what services can I pay?

Currently, you can pay for these services:

• AB "Lietuvos dujos" - all customers throughout the territory of Lithuania.
• AB "LESTO" - all the clients.
• Customers living in the energy area of Vilnius (Vilnius city and region, Šalčininkai, Trakai district) can pay for services according to "Pay-book".
• Vilnius city residents can pay bills for cable television and the Internet (with the exception of TEO).
