Asset Master

Asset Master - IT and medical equipment rental product with value added services:

• Asset rent – operational lease (the leasing company purchases the required equipment and rent it);
• asset administration (companies can take advantage of a leased asset administration programme and
• Asset collection and disposal at the end of the term

Not only rental of required equipment, but also additional benefits for businesses

• Rent assets are not included in the company’s balance sheet (so the only costs involved for the company are the leasing fees). This means simpler accounting.
• Regular upgrading of IT and other equipment being used is simpler.
• The convenient asset administration programme allows the company to independently distribute asset lease costs to its units, departments, etc.
• On expiry of the lease term, the company does not need to worry about selling the assets. In addition , the following options are offered:
  • return of the assets;
  • purchase of the assets;
  • extension of the rent period.

On expiry of the rent term, the company is asked to indicate its preferences by completing an inquiry form: return of the equipment, purchase of the equipment, or extension of the lease term. If the company does not respond to the inquiry, the contract is automatically extended.

How can you take advantage of the Asset Master service?

1. Choose the required equipment.
2. Complete the corporate client application.
3. Forward the completed application together with the other required documents to Nordea Finance Lithuania. You may send these documents by fax to (8 5) 236 1381, by e-mail to lizingas@nordea.com, or bring them in person to our office.
4. Having considered your seller’s commercial offer and assessed your company’s financial standing, our manager will present a financing offer, agree on the applicable conditions, and prepare a contract.
5. Pay a one-time administration fee after signing the contract.
6. Nordea Finance Lithuania will finalise a contract of purchase and sale with the seller of the assets of your choice.
7. Insure the assets against all risks. At your request, we can propose an insurance company. Our insurance partner is UAB Draudimo brokeris IIZI.
8. During the rental term, you pay the agreed fees to the account of Nordea Finance Lithuania on a quarterly basis according to invoices issued. If you finalise a direct debit agreement with Nordea Finance Lithuania, the fees will be withdrawn from your bank account automatically.
9. On expiry of the contract, you may return or purchase the assets. You may also extend yourlease contract.
