Necessary Documents

• Identification documents (passport of the Republic of Lithuania, identification card, a driver's license issued after 2003 with signature)
• Documents certifying the authority to execute and sign the payment card applica-tion/agreement, unless it is provided by corporate articles of association or other ap-propriate instruments
• Documents required for the opening of a bank account, which shall be tied to the debit cards

• Decision of the company on the desirable total credit limit of the credit cards and its distribution among the cardholders
• Annual report (the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement for the previous year and the financial statement for the last quarter
