Working capital financing
„Nordea“ bank can grant short-term (up to one year) credits to Corporate customers for working capital financing:
- Overdraft facility gives right to use amounts exceeding the balance in your company's current account up to the agreed overdraft limit. This credit facility is normally used for working capital financing. The overdraft facility is an efficient way of short term financing which helps you to balance cash flows and to satisfy your working capital needs. During the whole overdraft period the company's bank account may have a negative balance, interests are paid only for the amount used, and the used overdraft amount should be repaid by the end of the period. Overdraft facility may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
- Revolving credit – a credit facility, amounts of which could be drawn and redrawn up to established limit. During the period of the revolving credit the company has the right to freely dispose of the credit funds, i.e. after credit line funds or part of them were used and returned, the company has the right to re-use credit funds again up to established limit.
- Short-term credit – a short-term loan to increase the company's working capital or finance some small projects.
Credit amount depends on the company's financial feasibility.
- Period – up to 1 year;
- Currency – LTL, EUR, USD or other reliable European currency;
- Interest rate – is defined according to VILIBOR, EURIBOR, LIBOR and "Nordea Bank Lithuania" reference rates;
- Collateral – mortage, pledge of the real estate (buildings, commercial premises, etc.) or tangible assets (inventory, equipment, etc.) and/or providing other securities in favor of the bank.
