Filing the Loan Application and other required documents to the Bank

You may complete the Loan Application at the nearest client service unit of the Bank. Upon completing the Loan Application, the following documents containing information about you and your co-applicant (if you are filing the application jointly with your spouse or another person) must be submitted:

  • a passport or a personal ID card;
  • certificate of your pay for the past 6 months issued by your employer or other documents proving your income. You may choose not to submit these documents provided that you give your consent to the Bank to receive information on your income from the SODRA database and that your income is consistent with the information in this database;
  • agreements on current financial obligations (e. g. credit, financial lease, surety etc. agreements).

Other documents proving your income:

  • if you are a sole proprietor company owner – a company registration certificate, financial statements for the past two years, and a profile of the company;
  • if you are a self-employed person holding a business licence – a business licence, a business income and expenditure register for at least 12 months, and tax returns for the entire period when income under the business licence was received, certified by the State Tax Inspectorate;
  • if you work under authorship agreements – authorship agreements and statements of bank accounts confirming the income for a period of at least one year;
  • if you receive income from lease of real estate – lease agreements registered with VĮ Registrų Centras;
  • other certificates proving official income received by you and your co-applicant.
